I am an insurance practitioner who has been working in the insurance industry for 22 years. I come from an ordinary and modest family. Due to my parents' busy work, I have been living in the school dormitory since I was a child. During this period, in addition to studying in school, I also did some work to supplement my living expenses. During the years in middle school, I not only learned how to take care of myself, but also cultivated the ability to think independently and solve problems. This growth process also made me gradually realize the importance of money and responsibility and cultivated my basic virtues of honesty, love, loyalty, and perseverance.

After graduating from the Department of Electronic Engineering at the university, I originally thought that I would continue to develop in the field of electronic engineering. However, by chance, I met the referral person who changed my career path, Dr. Kang and the mentor Cyndi Chuoh, who opened a milestone in my insurance industry. At first, I had no financial foundation, but with firm beliefs and step-by-step efforts, I am grateful for the help of Dr. Kang, Cyndi and the team. I gradually accumulated my own experience and achievements in this industry and came to where I am today.

My original intention of building a team is to enable every member to easily achieve their dreams and be financially free. I pay great attention to the growth and development of every member, so I often encourage them to pursue self-motivation, positive attitude, positive thinking, and advocate good character and team spirit. Integrity and responsibility are necessary conditions for every member. At the same time, I also strive to build a younger organization.
